PROJECT DETAILS

Hidden Pain is a 360-video documentary short that works as a companion piece to the VR experience Journey Through the Camps. Produced using 360-video filmed on-location in Warsaw, Treblinka, Majdanek and Auschwitz-Birkenau, Hidden Pain integrates archival media to take footage of modern day Holocaust tourism sites and juxtapose the history where relevant.


Hidden Pain is currently on display at Carnegie Mellon University in the Askwith Kenner Room. (2019)

Hidden Pain VR: List

During the summer of 2018, I worked with Stitchbridge as a Videographer and Editor for project "Hidden Pain VR." We traveled to Poland and filmed multiple historic locations with a YI 360 VR camera and recorded numerous interviews. Using images found in various archives, we were able recreate an immersive scenes of the past.
